A growing plaintiff only personal injury law firm is searching for a talented Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join their team in Mckinney, TX! They are looking for experienced attorneys with a background in personal injury law with a focus on litigation to manage cases that are primarily in the lawsuit phase. Pay Range: $125,000 - $170,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage 40-60 cases, focusing primarily on the lawsuit phase
- Collaborate with teams while leading your own cases
- Regular case reviews with attorneys
- Involved in reviewing discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
- Utilize Smart Advocate system for case management
Requirements:
- J.D. and active Texas law license in good standing
- 5+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on litigation
- Plaintiff experience strongly preferred
- Trial experience is an added advantage
- Membership in Texas Trial Lawyers Association is a plus
- MBA or an undergraduate degree in business with a strong business background preferred
