Distribution Sales Professional
Job Description
A well-known manufacturing company is seeking a seasoned Distribution Sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, specifically involving distributors. This is a remote role based out of the Denver or Salt Lake City area with an uncapped earnings potential that is perfect for candidates with a strong passion for sales, outstanding integrity, and the ability to close deals with confidence and expertise! Your primary responsibility will be to increase market share within the Colorado/Arizona/Utah region by creating and maintaining solid business relationships with distribution partners. The position has occasional overnight travel involved (20-30%).

Pay Range: $85,000-$95,000 + 20-25% uncapped quarterly bonus
Responsibilities:
- Increase market share within the assigned territory
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners
- Promote products and offerings to end-users through effective sales strategies
- Conduct thorough sales calls and demonstrations, addressing client needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with company objectives
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, opportunities and customer interactions
- Travel within the territory to meet with distributors and end-users, conducting in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Participate in digital campaigns and marketing initiatives to support business development efforts
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Industrial B2B sales, specifically with distributors
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Manufacturing experience
- CRM experience is required
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of sales success, exceeding sales targets
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Safety experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Willingness to travel overnight 20-30% of the time
- Remote position - candidates must preferably reside in the Denver or Salt Lake City area
