High Volume AP Specialist
Job Description
A cloud-based technology and communication services provider is urgently looking to hire a High Volume AP Specialist to process a high volume of AP invoices. For this role, you will be performing mass data entry using an online software platform. If you have 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience and are familiar with bills.com or Sage Enterprise, this is the right job for you! This position will begin fully onsite to support the accounting department in navigating a system transition, but has the potential to evolve into a hybrid work arrangement after 60-90 days.
Pay Range: $25 - $27/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of AP invoices
- Perform mass data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Utilize the Bill.com system extensively (experience with Bill.com is highly preferred)
- Collaborate with the AP team and report directly to the Accounting Manager
- Contribute to a laid-back and collaborative work culture, fostering a positive and team-oriented environment
Requirements:
- 1+ years of accounts payable experience, ideally with experience in high-volume AP
- Proficiency in data entry and strong attention to detail
- Experience working with Bill.com is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Sage Enterprise is a plus
- Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
