National Sales Manager
Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to join their company. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for opening new OEM accounts by contacting high-level representatives of companies in the marketplace to offer products and services. The ideal candidate needs to be a seasoned professional with 10-15+ years of experience in aftermarket sales, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to travel regularly.
Pay Range: $250,000 - $300,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Attend board meetings and travel to customers
- Secure new OEM accounts and large dealer group businesses
- Work with agents and consolidate aftermarket businesses
- Protect and increase sales of protective coatings
- Increase expectations and move regional sales up 20-25%
- Foster new distribution and product development
- Work with internal teams including customer service, claims, and operations
- Manage administrative work internally
- Develop new products and services
- Build and lead teams
Requirements:
- 10-15+ years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry
- Experience calling on agents/dealerships
- Experience in aftermarket dealer F&I, agency, or provider
- Supervisory and leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
