AR Analyst
Job Description
A leader in the HVAC industry is searching for an AR Analyst to join their team in Denver, CO! They are looking for someone with a strong background in Accounts Receivable to manage their AR process, from cash posting to dispute resolution. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring that invoices are processed efficiently, collections are conducted effectively, and client relationships are maintained at the highest level. Pay Range: $21 - $26/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
- Automated and manual invoice processing
- Cash posting and managing aging schedules
- Conducting collection calls and resolving invoice discrepancies
- Client account management and coordination with approved contractors
- Collaborating on process improvement and automation initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of AR experience with a strong background in collections
- Proficient in cash application, dispute resolution, reconciliation, and full AR cycle
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct and CRM systems similar to Salesforce preferred
- BA degree preferred, but not required
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for effective dispute resolution
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-growing environment with evolving processes and structures
