Client Service Associate
Job Description
A boutique wealth management company in Minneapolis, MN is searching for a Client Service Associate to join their team! This is an amazing, entry-level role for someone with experience in wealth management or a strong interest in the field to learn the ropes! The primary responsibility of the role is to provide exceptional customer service to clients and handle a range of tasks to support their goals, which include preparing portfolios for meetings, scheduling engagements, executing trades, managing CRM and other things of that nature. Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Prepare client portfolios for meetings and schedule these engagements
- Execute trades, requiring high attention to detail and understanding of financial transactions
- Manage CRM for client relationship maintenance and document management
- Assist in onboarding new clients and support other compliance and administrative tasks
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in wealth management or a strong interest in the field
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MoneyGuide Pro, Schwab, and BlackDiamond is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for high-level customer service and team collaboration
