Accounts Receivable Processor
Job Description
A sports media entertainment company based in Pueblo, CO is searching for an Accounts Receivable Processor to join their team in a hybrid position! They are looking for someone with Accounts Receivable experience to manage and process a high-volume of cash applications, including credit card transactions, check deposits, and ACH, along with reconciling weekly event settlements and handling rider accounts receivable. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in the live sports industry to work in a family-like atmosphere with a great work life balance!
Pay Range: $18 - $20/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
- Process cash applications, including credit cards, checks, and ACH transactions
- Manage weekly settlements and invoicing related to events
- Handle accounts receivable for rider fines and membership fees
- Reconcile and process membership fees from weekend events
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions during the busy season (Jan-April)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Strong proficiency in high-volume transaction processing
- Knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Off.net for credit card processing
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel knowledge is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
