Remote Sales Manager- Automated Welding
Job Description
An industry leader in welding solutions is searching for a talented and driven Remote Sales Manager to join their team! This is an exciting chance to work in a fully remote/travel position alongside teams in factory engineering, local operations, sales and marketing to identify and implement strategies for product development and sales growth. They are looking for someone with a background in technical sales, preferably in the automated welding solutions industry with a strong record of managing and grow sales accounts nationwide! In this role, you’ll be able to work from anywhere in the US and get to be in charge of your own schedule. You’ll get a great comp package, along with a company car, cell phone, traveling costs covered, generous time off and more!
Pay Range: $80,000 - $130,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for automated welding product lines
- Manage and grow sales accounts nationwide, including Canada and Mexico
- Customization of products as per client needs in the U.S.
- Responsible for prospecting, cold calling, attending tradeshows, and networking
- Handle long cycle sales processes, negotiating POs and terms
- Manage travel schedules for client meetings, with reimbursable expenses
Requirements:
- 7+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in automated welding solutions
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry
- Self-sufficient with the ability to build and grow the business line
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and familiarity with CRM systems like SAP
- Must be able to travel 50% of the time
