A well-established legal firm specializing in personal injury and gaming law is searching for an experienced Personal Injury Legal Secretary to join their team in Red Bank, NJ! They are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as a legal secretary who knows the New Jersey legal system and can manage a high volume of cases. Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Managing a high volume of cases
- Gathering detailed information for client appointments
- Scheduling and organizing appointments
- Preparing and revising legal documents
- Maintaining and updating the calendar
- Transcribing legal documents and preparing litigation complaints and pleadings
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a legal secretary in personal injury law
- Experience within New Jersey legal system
- High School Diploma is required
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Teams, Zoom
- Plaintiffs litigation experience in personal injury law
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Paralegal certificate is preferred
- Experience with PC Law or Dictation software
- Gaming law experience is a plus
