We are looking for a dynamic Salesforce Database Manager to streamline our CRM processes, enhance data integrity, and empower our team with the insights and support needed to keep up the pace with our company's fast-paced growth!

Salesforce Database Manager

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 DOE

Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration:
  • Configure, customize, and maintain the Salesforce platform according to business needs, including workflows, process automation, validation rules, user permissions, data integrity, and security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design and implement effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data analytics to provide insights into sales and marketing performance.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize Salesforce functionality.

User Support and Training:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related user inquiries, issues, and requests, providing timely and effective resolution.
  • Conduct user training sessions to educate employees on Salesforce features, best practices, and new releases.
  • Assist users in creating and managing reports, dashboards, and other Salesforce-related tasks.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base resources to enable self-service support for users.

IT Support:
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues, troubleshooting problems and identifying root causes.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various systems.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to resolve IT-related issues and implement system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with our third-party IT company to ensure effective coordination, communication, and resolution of IT-related issues, leveraging their expertise to support and enhance our systems and infrastructure.

System Maintenance and Enhancement:
  • Proactively monitor system health and performance, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and data migrations.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their potential impact and recommending improvements to existing processes.
  • Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new IT tools and technologies to enhance system capabilities and efficiency.

Management of Multiple Platforms:
  • Act as the primary IT person, managing and supporting various platforms and systems utilized by the organization.
  • Administer and maintain other software applications and platforms besides Salesforce, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders to understand platform requirements, implement configurations, and support end-users.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance the performance, security, and usability of different platforms.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience in IPASS and Salesforce administration, including configuration, customization, and user support is a MUST – prior experience with email campaigns is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM features, data structure, and security controls.
  • Proficient in creating and managing reports, dashboards, and workflows in Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of IT support principles, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience in providing user training and documentation creation.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and concepts, including networks, servers, and databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Salesforce Administrator or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Previous Salesforce implementation is a plus.
  • Additional platforms BullHorn, Slack, RingCentral, TextUs, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
