Remote Senior Tax Manager, CPA

Pay Range: $160,000 - $220,000 DOE
 
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and business owners
• Provide counsel on tax, estate, and business planning
• Handle tax preparations, legal documentation, IRS representation, and related tax compliance needs
• Research and provide written analysis on tax issues
• Advise clients on future tax projections
• Represent clients before the IRS when required
• Manage busy tax seasons, ensuring smooth client interactions and service delivery

• Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Washington
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years' experience in public accounting
• At least 2 years in a Tax Manager or Senior Tax role
• Comfortable with systems such as SurePrep, Ultra Tax CS, Microsoft Suite, and Quickbooks
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment during peak seasons
• Familiarity with tax projections software, particularly Ultra Tax CS is preferred
• Experience in both big 4 and smaller financial firms is preferred
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills is preferred
