A fast-growing and client-focused wealth management firm is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support the firm’s financial advisors in providing exceptional client service and operational efficiency. This role blends back-office operations with client-facing responsibilities, including client onboarding, account servicing, and preparation for annual reviews. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic wealth management environment.

Operations Associate Responsibilities:

• Support financial advisors with client onboarding and account servicing
• Assist with annual client reviews and meeting preparations
• Process and track account transactions, paperwork, and compliance requirements
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate client records and financial documentation
• Collaborate with advisors to streamline operations and improve efficiencies
• Occasionally travel to Colorado Springs for training sessions

Operations Associate Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management
• Experience with custodians such as Schwab
• Series 65 license is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and propose solutions proactively
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
