A thriving legal firm is seeking motivated Family Law Attorneys to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will manage a caseload of family law cases, interact directly with clients, and have the opportunity for growth within a flexible and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for family law, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of clients.

Salary Range: $120,000 – $240,000 / year DOE

Family Law Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 30-40 family law cases within 6 months, depending on case complexity
  • Conduct client meetings and provide regular communication with current and potential clients
  • Appear in court up to 3 days per week
  • Prepare legal pleadings, memos, and declarations
  • Work closely with paralegals on judicial counsel forms, disclosures, and discovery tasks
  • Collaborate with partners and associates to ensure quality service and client satisfaction
  • Generate revenue and meet monthly production goals

Family Law Attorney Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of family law experience, or newly barred attorneys with relevant clerkships
  • Must be barred in California
  • Strong client interaction and communication skills
  • Ability to handle a heavy caseload and meet revenue production goals
  • Highly personable and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Desire for long-term growth in a family law practice
  • Family law experience or a genuine passion for the field is a plus
  • Ability to connect with clients on a personal level
  • Strong attention to detail and legal writing skills
