Position Title: Regional Sales Manager

Salary Range: $55,000 – $80,000 / Year DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated territory, focusing on building relationships with independent store owners
  • Develop and execute strategies to secure new contracts and expand the customer base
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and manage client interactions
  • Conduct regular travel within the territory to meet clients and close sales
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • CRM knowledge is a must
  • 3+ years of sales experience is required
  • Experience in the convenience store industry is essential
  • Strong contacts within the industry are preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products and IT knowledge, including AI applications, is required
  • Experience with travel in a role like this is highly preferred
  • A BA degree is preferred
