Job Description
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated individual to join a collaborative team in a supportive environment. Candidates will engage with clients and subcontractors, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and service delivery. Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 / Year DOE
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and manage customer inquiries for approximately three hours daily
- Handle client order requests and service orders through email and phone
- Coordinate with subcontractors for quotes as needed
- Notify distributors regarding orders
- Assist with invoicing, managing around 150 documents monthly
- Ensure accuracy in part numbers and order numbers for fulfillment
- Provide backup support to the customer service department for parts ordering
Customer Service Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in order entry and customer service, particularly with large SKUs
- Proficiency in inventory management
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication abilities
- Technologically adept, with experience using a CRM
- Proficient in Excel (formulas) and Outlook
- Billing experience is preferred
