Job Description
Position Title: Human Resources Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist plays a pivotal role in fostering a productive workplace environment. This position is essential in managing various HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee communications. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, where adaptability and organization are crucial. Candidates should be prepared to handle multiple priorities and provide support to staff across various HR-related tasks. This role offers opportunities for professional growth while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 / Year DOE
Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:
- Onboard new employees
- Update candidate benefits
- Conduct candidate phone screens
- Schedule interviews
- Administer employee benefits
- Participate in employee coaching sessions and write-ups as needed
Human Resources Generalist Requirements:
- 3-5 years minimum HR generalist experience, good understanding of HR policies
- AA or AS degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and tech-savvy
- Experience in public accounting or a CPA firm is preferred
- HR certifications is preferred
- Multi-state HR experience is preferred
- Life experience is preferred
