Position Title: Customer Service Manager
The role of Customer Service Manager is critical in fostering a positive experience for clients while enhancing team performance. This position requires a leader who can navigate diverse personalities within the team and drive a culture of collaboration and excellence. The individual will be responsible for managing a group of customer service representatives, ensuring that they are aligned in their approach to customer care. The ideal candidate will embrace change and be committed to streamlining processes to improve efficiency. Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the customer service department
- Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives
- Implement standard operating procedures to streamline processes
- Foster a positive culture and enhance team collaboration
- Act as a change agent to drive improvements within the department
Customer Service Manager Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer service
- 3+ years in a management role
- General ERP experience, specifically with SAP B-1
- BA Degree required; strong candidates without a degree may be considered
- Additional management experience is preferred
