Position Title: Store Manager
A Store Manager plays a crucial role in establishing a new retail location, driving both sales and team development. The ideal candidate will possess significant industry experience and a strong sales background to effectively engage with a diverse clientele including homeowners, contractors, and property managers. Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop a new store with a focus on achieving revenue targets
- Engage with customers including homeowners and contractors to drive sales
- Build and manage a small team while performing direct sales
- Implement systems and processes to support store operations
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service
- Collaborate with the leadership team to foster a positive workplace culture
Store Manager Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of direct industry experience
- Experience in the flooring industry or building materials is essential
- Management experience is preferred, but strong senior sales representatives may be considered
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
