Position Title: Remote Sales Executive

The Sales Executive position is a critical role within the company, focusing on both acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships as the organization seeks to expand its market presence. Reporting to a newly appointed President, this position will initially target the South Jersey region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network within facility management and commercial contacts, particularly in the façade and restoration industries. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience who can effectively engage in face-to-face networking at trade shows and industry events. A blend of hunting for new opportunities and farming existing accounts will be essential for success in this role.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business and expand existing accounts
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to cultivate leads and manage a booth
  • Utilize LinkedIn messaging, emailing, and cold calling to reach potential clients
  • Engage with clients in person to establish and maintain relationships
  • Leverage industry knowledge to navigate the façade and concrete restoration market

Sales Executive Requirements:

  • Strong network in facility/property management and commercial contacts
  • Experience in the façade/restoration industry is ideal
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant business experience
  • Ability to engage effectively in face-to-face networking
  • Experience in vertical renovations and restorations is preferred
  • Knowledge of building envelope terminology is preferred
  • Industry experience that allows for immediate contribution is preferred
