Job Description
Position Title: Wealth Advisor
This remote position places a Wealth Advisor in front of ultra-high-net-worth clients across Orange County, with a platform that leads with planning rather than products. The advisor builds a book of business from the ground up, supported by a team that includes associates, coordinators, CPAs, and attorneys who help shape each client plan. Support staffing runs at three support professionals for every advisor, and the firm’s Chief Investment Officer is based in Los Angeles, which provides direct access to investment leadership.
The role begins with 13 weeks of structured training, delivered mostly in a virtual format, with no sales expectations during that period. The culture is collaborative and mature, with long-tenured colleagues who work with advisors on client questions and strategy. The position is remote, with client meetings throughout Orange County and a workspace available when needed. The work schedule is flexible, including accommodation for school drop-off and pick-up. Leadership roles are available over time for advisors who build a durable book of business.
Salary Range: $175,000 – $200,000 / Year DOE
Plus commission on first-year fees, with higher base compensation considered for candidates who bring significant assets.
