Job Description

Position Title: Commercial Property Coordinator

The Commercial Property Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for a small, collaborative property management office, and the position reaches well beyond a traditional front desk. The coordinator supports shopping center and office properties while gaining exposure to leasing, property accounting, tenant improvements, marketing, and construction coordination. The Friday schedule runs from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The work suits an administrative professional who enjoys staying busy and wants a genuine entry point into commercial property management. The coordinator will read leases, build Excel analyses for tenants, join property walks in the field, and help organize tenant events. Training begins with roughly two weeks of overlap with the current coordinator, followed by hands-on support through the first three months. Pay starts at an entry level, which leaves room to grow as the role expands.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000 / Year DOE

Potential discretionary year-end bonus based on performance

  • Coordinate small marketing campaigns, holiday tenant events, and year-end tenant gifts
  • Join property walks with the VP of Property Management and document items that need attention, such as painting
  • Use AI tools, including ChatGPT, within company guidelines to support daily work
