Position Title: Junior Software Administrator / IT Support Specialist

Salary Range: $23.00 – $25.00 / Hour DOE

Junior Software Administrator / IT Support Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic IT support for warehouse equipment, including computers, scanners, and printers
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist employees with day-to-day system and login challenges
  • Support warehouse software and general office tools
  • Help set up new users, equipment, and access
  • Manage user accounts and permissions
  • Monitor systems to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with Wi-Fi, routers, and network devices
  • Learn company software and contribute to workflow improvements
  • Create simple guides and documentation for users
  • Track and manage IT equipment and inventory
  • Support system upgrades and new technology rollouts

Junior Software Administrator / IT Support Specialist Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a related field
  • High school diploma
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and general IT tools
  • Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred
