Job Description
Position Title: Customer Success Manager
The Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention within an early-stage startup environment. This position involves managing a portfolio of clients, addressing their needs, and facilitating smooth operational processes. The candidate will work closely with both clients and internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. A proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this dynamic role. Salary Range: $22.00 – $30.00 / Hour DOE
Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Address day-to-day customer needs and issues
- Collaborate with operations and internal teams
- Ensure smooth order, shipment, and inventory processes
- Contribute to process improvements and customer experience enhancements
- Manage client communication and expectations
- Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and inventory
- Monitor performance and identify potential problems early
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Onboard new clients and provide training on processes
- Maintain updated records and account notes
- Support upsell opportunities
- Participate in client calls and account reviews
Customer Success Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service or account management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency with Slack, MS Office, ticketing systems, WMS dashboards, and Excel
- Ability to quickly learn internal tools
- Experience supporting e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL customers is preferred
