Salary Range: $125,000 – $150,000 / Year DOE

Family Law Attorney Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive your own caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court with professionalism and urgency.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to provide excellent service and strategic case support.
• Maintain a minimum of 100 billable hours per month to access quarterly bonus incentives.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and highly responsive client experience.

Family Law Attorney Requirements:

• 2+ years of family law experience required
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• Trial exposure (first or second chair); strong courtroom presence
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
• Empathy, resilience, and a client-centered mindset
• Team player who values collaboration and humility
• Highly responsive communicator
