A global floral supplier is hiring a Supermarket Floral Sales Representative to grow mass-market distribution nationwide. This is a remote, high-travel sales role selling premium fresh-cut flowers and bouquets directly to supermarket chains nationwide. You’ll build relationships with buyers, pitch new product lines, conduct store visits and presentations, send samples, and drive revenue growth from first conversation through recurring orders. If you are familiar with the supermarket floral industry, understand trends and product categories, and thrive on turning cold outreach into long-term business, this is an opportunity to build something meaningful and profitable with a global brand behind you. Supermarket Floral Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Prospect, pitch, and secure new supermarket accounts across the United States
• Cold call, cold visit, and build relationships with floral buyers and decision-makers
• Present product lines, conduct in-store meetings, and deliver product samples
• Sell fresh flowers and bouquet programs to retail chains and independent grocers
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through purchase order and delivery
• Maintain CRM records, track pipeline activity, and report on sales progress
• Attend customer shows, vendor meetings, and promotional events
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams across Colombia-based partner farms
• Work toward first-year goals of developing prospect engagement and establishing recurring orders

Supermarket Floral Sales Representative Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the floral industry
• 3+ years selling fresh flowers directly to U.S. supermarkets
• Deep product knowledge across roses, pompons, chrysanthemums, hydrangeas, alstroemeria, carnations, lilies, greens, etc.
• Demonstrated success generating new business through cold outreach and in-person selling
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and CRM platforms
• Experience with Komet Sales preferred
• High energy, persistent, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
• Ability and willingness to travel nationally as needed
• Must live in the U.S. outside Florida and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
