A fast-growing consulting firm is looking for a OneStream Implementation Manager who brings both deep technical expertise and exceptional people leadership. This is a high-visibility role where you will lead complex, full-cycle OneStream implementation projects, mentor consultants, partner closely with C-suite stakeholders, and drive transformation across finance operations for enterprise clients. Salary range: $140,000 – $160,000 / Year DOE

OneStream Implementation Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver full-cycle OneStream implementation projects, ensuring outstanding client delivery
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, team performance, and client communication with precision
• Serve as the primary point of contact for CIO, CFO, COO, and finance leadership stakeholders
• Oversee the quality of project outputs and ensure all work meets the highest professional standards
• Mentor and develop a team of 1 – 8 consultants, depending on project scope
• Design creative solutions for complex financial transformation and Corporate Performance Management needs
• Conduct workshops, gather and analyze requirements, and translate needs into technical execution
• Drive client consensus, manage expectations, and resolve escalations with confidence and diplomacy
• Participating in business development, presales, proposals, and RFP processes
• Support pipeline and growth opportunities within a fast-advancing consulting environment

OneStream Implementation Manager Requirements:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting or corporate finance transformation environments
• 3+ years implementing OneStream with at least 2 end-to-end deployments OR 10+ years of Hyperion experience with a strong desire to move into OneStream
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• OneStream Certified Associate Administration and/or Implementation Foundation minimum
• Strong experience with business rule writing and financial systems methodologies
• Experience managing customer engagements and leading project teams of 3 – 5 people
• Exceptional stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple client projects, prioritize aggressively, and meet demanding timelines
• High EQ, strong interpersonal skills, and a reputation for building trust quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel as needed
• OneStream Certified Lead Architect preferred
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Prior FP&A, financial reporting, or accounting background preferred
