A purpose-driven senior living organization known for its compassionate culture, high resident satisfaction, and supportive leadership is hiring a Community Sales Director for its Hampstead community. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to families, navigating one of life’s most emotional transitions. This role is equal parts relationship-builder, listener, and advocate while guiding families through tours, discovery conversations, care decisions, and move-ins while building strong referral networks throughout the local community. The Community Sales Director is onsite, deeply connected to residents, families, and partners, and plays a critical role in growing occupancy. Community Sales Director Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales process for Independent Living and Memory Care units, from initial inquiry to move-in
  • Build meaningful relationships with families, residents, referral partners, and community organizations
  • Conduct tours, home visits, discovery calls, and follow-ups to convert inquiries into move-ins
  • Lead community outreach efforts to establish partnerships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, and local organizations
  • Manage inquiry responses from websites, digital campaigns, and referral channels
  • Maintain CRM documentation, pipeline accuracy, and weekly occupancy reporting
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and corporate marketing team
  • Attend and support community events that drive visibility and relationship building
  • Maintain 3 – 4 average move-ins per month, with a goal of increasing conversion results
  • Represent the community with professionalism, warmth, and empathy

Community Sales Director Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing sales roles
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle sales with strong follow-through and organization
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to support families under emotional stress
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms + Microsoft Suite
  • Must be onsite full-time and able to travel locally for home visits and outreach
  • Senior living or healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
