  • Perform full teardowns, tune-ups, and overhauls on reciprocating engines and associated power plant systems
  • Fabricate, weld, and machine parts as needed for equipment repairs and rebuilds
  • Maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and parts using Acumatica software
  • Follow structured maintenance processes to ensure reliability, safety, and equipment readiness
  • Support other facilities with onsite technical help during major maintenance events as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop environment with strong adherence to safety standards
  • Complete required documentation and participate in company and regulatory training

Engine & Compressor Mechanic Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on mechanical, industrial maintenance, machining, or engine repair experience
  • Trade school, military, diesel/automotive, or compressor/industrial shop backgrounds strongly considered
  • Demonstrated skill using hand tools, diagnostic tools, and mechanical teardown/rebuild techniques
  • Ability to understand mechanical systems, schematics, and gas-powered equipment operation
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ownership of work quality
  • Ability to manage inventory, parts, and documentation accurately within software systems
  • Willingness to learn renewable natural gas technology and support evolving shop needs
  • Must pass background check and hair-follicle drug screening

Benefits:

  • Competitive pay + overtime + quarterly bonus
  • 401(k) with company contribution and match
  • Comprehensive medical insurance starting day one
  • Up to $1,000 yearly wellness incentive through HSA program
  • Generous PTO
  • Weekly pay
  • Relocation assistance available
  • Growth pathways into field services, senior maintenance, operations, and leadership roles
  • Uniforms, PPE, and steel-toe reimbursement provided
