Field Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites throughout Milwaukee and Southern Wisconsin to install, maintain, and repair printing and finishing equipment
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software issues with speed and accuracy
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring minimal downtime for clients
• Record service activities and updates using Salesforce CRM and company-provided mobile tools
• Work independently while collaborating with a nationwide team of service professionals
• Manage company tools, vehicle, and equipment responsibly
• Occasionally travel out of the area for specialized training or service projects

Field Service Technician Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience maintaining or repairing industrial, manufacturing, or printing equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel daily throughout Southern Wisconsin with occasional overnight stays
• Self-starter who thrives in independent, field-based work
• Technical degree, trade certification, or military training preferred
