An industry powerhouse and leader is looking for a Remote Post Press Outside Sales Representative to lead growth across New Jersey and the Northeast region. In this role, you’ll partner with commercial printers, packaging manufacturers, and production facilities to deliver post press and packaging solutions, from folding carton systems to cutting-edge automation and finishing technology. You’ll have the freedom to run your territory, the backing of a global powerhouse, and the opportunity to help customers solve real production challenges through world-class engineering. This role is built for a consultative, technically minded sales professional who thrives on building relationships, driving results, and seeing their impact in the field.

Remote Post Press Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a book of business across New Jersey and neighboring markets
  • Generate new opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Sell full suite of post press and packaging products, including folding carton, gluing, and finishing systems
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from consultative discovery to contract negotiation and closing
  • Partner with technical experts, account managers, and service teams to design complete customer solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking using Salesforce CRM
  • Travel 60–70% of the time to meet clients, conduct site visits, and attend trade events
  • Represent brand with professionalism, product knowledge, and long-term relationship focus

Remote Post Press Outside Sales Representative Requirements:

  • 3 – 4+ years of B2B or capital equipment sales experience; background in printing, packaging, or manufacturing preferred
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and achieving or exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong understanding of post press, finishing, and packaging processes including die cutting, folding/gluing, stripping preferred
  • Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently up to 70%, throughout New Jersey and surrounding areas
  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM or similar systems
  • Self-driven, independent, and highly organized
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
