A well-respected industry leader is seeking a driven Remote Post Press Outside Sales Representative to lead sales growth across North Carolina and the Southeast region. This position focuses on selling folding cartons, packaging, and post press finishing solutions to customers in the commercial print and packaging industry. You’ll work remotely with extensive travel (60–70%) to meet clients, present new technology, and close sales of capital equipment and service contracts that power production operations across the region. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional with a strong technical mindset, business acumen, and the drive to build relationships and exceed goals. Remote Post Press Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth for post press and packaging solutions across North Carolina and nearby markets
- Develop new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing new customer opportunities
- Manage and expand existing client relationships through consultative account management
- Present technical and financial value propositions tailored to customer needs
- Partner with internal product specialists, service teams, and account managers to deliver complete customer solutions
- Use Salesforce CRM to track leads, opportunities, and pipeline performance
- Travel 60 – 70% of the time to visit clients, attend trade events, and support equipment demonstrations
- Stay current on technology, market trends, and competitors
Remote Post Press Outside Sales Representative Requirements:
- 3 – 4+ years of B2B or industrial equipment sales experience
- Experience with capital equipment or manufacturing preferred
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles from prospect to close
- Strong understanding of post press, finishing, or packaging processes, including die cutting, folding/gluing, stripping, highly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel extensively, up to 70%, across the assigned territory
- Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working remotely
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar sales management tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and training preferred
