Property Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of first-class commercial office buildings with a white-glove service approach
- Provide high-touch, responsive support to Clients, owners, investors, and vendors
- Maintain WELL Certification requirements and ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Lead all aspects of building operations, including maintenance coordination, tenant services, and property performance
- Own financial reporting, including coding invoices, cash-based accounting, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting
- Support and coordinate stakeholder collaboration during a building association formation phase
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee contracts
- Partner with engineering teams for building systems, repairs, and maintenance workflows
- Ensure safety, security, and building access standards are always upheld
- Manage service requests, special projects, and client-initiated tasks with sound judgment and confidence
- Represent the organization with executive presence, concise communication, and impeccable professionalism
- Participate in occasional tenant events and after-hours functions with flexibility to adjust schedule
Property Manager Requirements:
- 5 – 7 years of property management experience with a strong emphasis on commercial office properties
- Experience supporting owner-occupied buildings is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with Yardi or MRI, Microsoft 365, and strong financial acumen
- Experience maintaining WELL Certified spaces or similar building performance standards
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cash-based accounting
- Strong vendor management experience and established industry relationships
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication with high polish & executive presence
- Confidence to set boundaries, redirect tasks, and manage client expectations professionally
- Ability to juggle competing priorities while delivering high-touch service
