Job Description
Position Title: HR Manager
The HR Manager plays a critical role in shaping the human resources function within a growing organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources management, particularly in recruiting and employee relations. The HR Manager will be tasked with evaluating existing HR processes and implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency and compliance. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues while fostering a positive work environment. Strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic workplace are essential for success in this role.
Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000 / Year DOE
HR Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee timecard management and payroll processing
- Evaluate current HR processes and propose improvements
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures
- Lead recruiting efforts to fill key positions
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide strategic input on HR-related matters to senior management
- Facilitate quarterly travel to South Carolina for employee engagement
HR Manager Requirements:
- BA Degree
- 10+ years of HR experience
- 5+ years of previous management experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Strong background in recruiting
- SPHR certification is preferred
