Position Title: Client Service & Operations Associate

The Client Service & Operations Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the operational and client service functions of a wealth management firm. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage client relationships and operational tasks within a small, dynamic team. The associate will assist in onboarding clients, processing trade orders, and maintaining compliance documentation. The role is designed for someone who is adaptable and eager to contribute to the growth of the firm while managing a diverse range of responsibilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and possess a strong interest in financial services.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $150,000 / Year DOE

Client Service & Operations Associate Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client relationships
  • Prepare and distribute client reports and account updates
  • Respond to client inquiries and coordinate follow-ups
  • Assist with execution and processing of trade orders
  • Support portfolio and investment analysis when needed
  • Help maintain investment data and reporting systems
  • Manage account documentation and regulatory paperwork
  • Coordinate with custodians such as Schwab
  • Maintain compliance files and support regulatory documentation
  • Liaise with external service providers including auditors and vendors
  • Manage and maintain the firm’s CRM and client database
  • Improve workflows, documentation, and operational processes
  • Support marketing initiatives and client communication
  • Assist with business development and outreach efforts
  • Help build systems to support client growth

Client Service & Operations Associate Requirements:

  • 3–7+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, financial services, or RIA operations
  • Experience supporting client service in an investment or advisory firm
  • Series 65/66
  • Familiarity with custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing
  • High school diploma
  • Exposure to investment analysis or portfolio management is preferred
  • Experience with RIA compliance or regulatory documentation is preferred
  • Interest in technology, automation, or AI tools is preferred
  • Desire to grow into a senior operations leadership role is preferred
