A fourth-generation, family-owned wealth advisory firm, helping business owners and families secure their financial future for more than 30 years, is seeking a Retirement Planning Advisor. We are growing and looking for a confident, relationship-driven Retirement Planning Advisor to join our close-knit team in Reno, NV. This role owns the ongoing service and expansion of a high-retention book of 401(k) plans across small and mid-sized businesses. You will provide guidance to employers and employees, conduct enrollments and participant education, and win new plans through consultative selling. The ideal candidate knows retirement plan advisory inside and out — someone who can maintain trust, deliver smart guidance, and grow long-term business relationships.

Retirement Planning Advisor Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 40 – 50 retirement plan clients
• Build strong, lasting relationships with business owners and plan sponsors
• Conduct participant education meetings and enrollment sessions
• Support startup, small and mid-sized employers with plan design guidance
• Deliver ongoing financial wellness and retirement readiness support
• Prospect and develop new retirement plan opportunities (30–40% of the role)
• Partner with internal operations and Cambridge broker-dealer for compliance
• Maintain CRM documentation and support business development reporting

Retirement Planning Advisor Requirements:

• 3+ years of retirement plan advising experience
• Series 65/66
• Clean U4 and strong financial industry compliance history
• Proven success in servicing employer-sponsored retirement plans
