Job Description

Remote (AZ)

Join one of Phoenix’s most respected and trusted litigation teams and the go-to defense firm for Arizona’s largest hospitals, physicians, and healthcare systems; and step into a role where your work directly protects the integrity of patient care and the professionals who provide it! This is an exceptional opportunity for a thoughtful, intellectually curious litigator who thrives on complex, expert-driven challenges and wants to build a career at the intersection of law, medicine, and high-stakes advocacy.

As a Med-Mal Associate here, you won’t be stuck on the sidelines, you will be immersed in meaningful, science-heavy cases from day one, collaborating closely with seasoned partners and in-house nurse consultants who are deeply invested in developing your skills. Associates at this firm grow rapidly because they are trusted early with substantive responsibility: crafting strategy, evaluating medical issues with precision, taking depositions, arguing motions, and contributing at every stage of trial.

What sets this firm apart is its culture of humility, mentorship, and genuine teamwork! This is a place where grounded, hardworking attorneys thrive; where curiosity is rewarded; where excellence is expected but egos are not tolerated; and where partnership is both attainable and clearly defined for those who put in the work!

If you’re driven by craftsmanship, integrity, and the desire to do deeply substantive litigation inside a supportive, human-centered environment, this role offers a rare path to grow into a truly exceptional trial lawyer.
