Salary Range: $100,000 – $200,000 / Year DOE

Labor and Employment Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume plaintiff-side employment caseload
- Draft strong demand letters, pleadings, and motions
- Write persuasive settlement briefs and assist in settlement negotiations
- Conduct legal research and prepare discovery requests and responses
- Maintain frequent, clear communication with clients to guide and support them
- Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with the Managing Attorney and Senior Litigator to move cases efficiently
- Utilize firm technology platforms: Clio, LexisNexis, Google Workspace, AI tools
Labor and Employment Associate Attorney Requirements:
- 5+ years of labor and employment litigation experience
- FEHA and single-plaintiff wage & hour experience required
- California Bar in good standing and located in CA
- Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school
- Strong writing, analytical, and research skills with proven motion practice ability
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working within a modern cloud-based practice
- Meticulous attention to detail and committed to error-free work product
- Prior plaintiff-side experience required
- Class action, PAGA, and employment defense experience preferred
- Deposition and trial preparation experience preferred
