Indiana’s premier event and catering group is hiring a Food & Beverage Administrative Operations Manager to support their award-winning Executive Chef and culinary operations. This role ensures that the details from food costs to scheduling run flawlessly. You’ll oversee the administrative engine of a high-volume, multi-venue operation that includes 12 properties and a massive commissary kitchen. From managing food and labor costs to building schedules and coordinating logistics, your precision will empower the culinary team to focus on creativity, innovation and guest experience. You’ll work side by side with leaders who know every employee by name and who believe no task is beneath anyone. This is a team that runs on passion, trust and purpose not ego. Food & Beverage Administrative Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Chef in day-to-day administrative and operational management
  • Oversee food, beverage and labor cost tracking, analysis and reporting
  • Manage vendor orders, food inventory, and procurement processes
  • Develop and maintain kitchen staff schedules, truck assignments and maintenance logs
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding for kitchen and dish staff
  • Maintain HACCP compliance, health department documentation and cleaning schedules
  • Coordinate bar cost, waste logs, food logs and equipment maintenance schedules
  • Use systems such as Peachtree, StaffMate, Docusign, Clover, and Caterease for daily operations
  • Contribute to design and planning for large-scale events and culinary activations
  • Partner with leadership optimizing operations during peak events

Food & Beverage Administrative Operations Manager Requirements:

  • 2 – 3+ years in food & beverage management or high-volume culinary operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or related field
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Advanced proficiency in food, beverage and labor cost management systems
  • Experience with luxury or fine-dining hospitality environments
  • HACCP certification or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent communication, organization and tech skills
  • Kindness, integrity and a hands-on leadership style
