In this role, you will support attorneys, including the Litigation Practice Group Leader, by handling meaningful civil litigation work across state and federal courts. Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys on complex commercial litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Prepare, review and file pleadings, motions and discovery in state and federal courts
• Maintain and organize case files, docket deadlines and calendars using CourtAlert
• Assist with trial preparation, hearing binders, witness coordination and deposition support
• Conduct research on court rules, judge requirements and procedural strategy
• Communicate effectively with court clerks, clients, experts and opposing counsel
• Manage e-filing and ensure timely and accurate submission of materials
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and proactively support attorney needs
