You will work directly on large, complex parts using state-of-the-art Haas and Dyson machines, with opportunities to expand your expertise and grow as the company continues to scale.  

Salary Range: $52,000 – $93,600 / year DOE ($25–$45 / hour DOE)  

CNC Machinist Requirements:   

• 5+ years of machining experience (flexible based on confidence with large machines and high-value parts) 
• 1+ year of experience working with lathes (mill experience a plus) 
• Hands-on experience setting up, programming, and preparing machines for production 
• Knowledge of GD&T and inspection processes 
• Some CAM programming experience (FeatureCAM preferred, but any CAM background accepted) 
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail 
• Commitment to safety and keeping a clean, organized work area 

CNC Machinist Responsibilities: 

• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality components 
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications 
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet tight tolerances and customer standards 
• Run production and manage machine performance throughout each job 
• Perform setups and changeovers efficiently for various part runs 
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow all safety procedures 
• Collaborate with the operations team to meet production goals and deadlines
