A growing wine producer based in Calistoga, California, is seeking an Executive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, compliance, and cross-departmental coordination. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to streamline workflows, manage internal processes, and support company growth initiatives. The right candidate is a confident, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment and enjoys balancing strategic leadership with operational execution.

Salary Range: $120,000 – $155,000 / year DOE

Executive Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Support executive leadership with daily operations and long-term initiatives
• Oversee workflows across administration, finance, sales coordination, and compliance
• Maintain communication alignment between leadership, staff, and external partners
• Prepare and file corporate and regulatory documents to maintain compliance
• Track licenses, renewals, and audit documentation
• Oversee office operations, vendor management, and document control
• Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor payments in coordination with finance team
• Supervise and mentor direct reports across operations, sales, and administration
• Assist with drafting presentations, reports, and company correspondence
• Uphold confidentiality, organization, and consistency in all operational functions

Executive Operations Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive, operations, or similar management role
• Prior leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred but not required
