Job Description

An established concrete construction company in Roswell, Georgia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial and multi-family projects across the Southeast. The role includes managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with general contractors, tracking budgets and schedules, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained on every project. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously, and hands-on experience in concrete construction.

Project Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned concrete construction projects
  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and progress updates with general contractors
  • Oversee and process pay applications, lien waivers, and project billing
  • Manage subcontractors, including 2nd tier subs, ensuring contract compliance
  • Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Lead project meetings and prepare reports for stakeholders
  • Ensure jobsite safety, quality standards, and adherence to contract requirements
  • Travel regularly to project sites across the Southeast

Project Manager Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience within the concrete construction industry
  • Experience with commercial and multi-family construction projects
  • Experience coordinating and working with general contractors
  • Strong knowledge of pay applications, lien waivers, contracts, and GC coordination
  • Experience tracking project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is preferred
