Associate Financial Advisor Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients daily and manage multiple appointments per week
• Build comprehensive financial plans tailored to client goals
• Conduct strategic annual reviews and ongoing client relationship management
• Follow an established sales process to consistently close new business
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and service teams to streamline client experience
• Participate in onboarding and training program to fully understand firm processes
• Grow a book of business and transition clients to service advisors as volume increases

Associate Financial Advisor Requirements:

•  2-5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor at a registered investment advisor firm
• Series 65 license
• Proven track record of bringing in business and closing sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing meetings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn eMoney, Nitrogen, or CRM systems
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license within 90 days
• Team player mentality with a strong work ethic and desire to grow in a high-performing environment
