The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of management or territory management experience within building materials, lumber, construction products, or a closely related industry. They are self-directed, personable, and comfortable spending significant time in the field building relationships with contractors, builders, and other commercial customers.
Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 / Year, DOE
Responsibilities

- Independently manage territory planning, customer visits, travel, and communication with company leadership
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in territory management, sales management, or operational leadership within building materials or a related industry
- Experience working with building materials customers, contractors, or other construction-industry accounts
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships and grow an assigned market or territory
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and supporting other managers or team members
- Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal oversight and effectively manage a field-based schedule
- Strong communication skills with a professional, personable, and relationship-driven approach
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly throughout an assigned Florida territory, including occasional overnight travel
Benefits
- Potential company vehicle or car allowance
- Employer contribution toward an individual health plan after six months
- Employer-contributed profit-sharing retirement plan
- Paid holidays after 90 days
- Paid time off
If you know how to grow a territory, build lasting customer relationships, and lead people without needing to be micromanaged, apply today and take ownership of your next market.
