Position Title: Senior Executive Assistant

The Senior Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the CFO within a dynamic and rapidly growing publicly traded company. This position requires a professional who can manage complex calendars, coordinate board meetings, and oversee investor relations while maintaining strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing priorities and high expectations. With a focus on proactive problem-solving and effective communication, this role is essential for the seamless operation of executive functions and company initiatives.

Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 / Year DOE

Senior Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary administrative partner to the CFO
  • Manage a complex and changing calendar
  • Schedule meetings with Board members, auditors, bankers, and senior leaders
  • Prepare and organize Board and committee materials
  • Ensure the CFO is prepared for meetings and presentations
  • Coordinate logistics for earnings calls, investor meetings, and conferences
  • Maintain confidentiality of material non-public information
  • Draft, edit, and proofread executive communications and presentations
  • Manage domestic and international travel for the CFO
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives

Senior Executive Assistant Requirements:

  • 4-5+ years supporting C-level executives, ideally CEO or CFO
  • Experience in a publicly traded company
  • Familiarity with Board processes, SEC filings, and investor relations
  • Experience in both startup and publicly traded environments is ideal
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom
  • Wall Street exposure is preferred
  • Experience with Concur or similar travel/expense tools is preferred
