Job Description
Position Title: Senior Executive Assistant
The Senior Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the CFO within a dynamic and rapidly growing publicly traded company. This position requires a professional who can manage complex calendars, coordinate board meetings, and oversee investor relations while maintaining strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing priorities and high expectations. With a focus on proactive problem-solving and effective communication, this role is essential for the seamless operation of executive functions and company initiatives.
Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 / Year DOE
Senior Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrative partner to the CFO
- Manage a complex and changing calendar
- Schedule meetings with Board members, auditors, bankers, and senior leaders
- Prepare and organize Board and committee materials
- Ensure the CFO is prepared for meetings and presentations
- Coordinate logistics for earnings calls, investor meetings, and conferences
- Maintain confidentiality of material non-public information
- Draft, edit, and proofread executive communications and presentations
- Manage domestic and international travel for the CFO
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Senior Executive Assistant Requirements:
- 4-5+ years supporting C-level executives, ideally CEO or CFO
- Experience in a publicly traded company
- Familiarity with Board processes, SEC filings, and investor relations
- Experience in both startup and publicly traded environments is ideal
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom
- Wall Street exposure is preferred
- Experience with Concur or similar travel/expense tools is preferred
