A leading plaintiff-focused personal injury law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to join its fast-paced litigation team. This role handles a robust caseload, drafting legal documents, coordinating communications, and supporting attorneys through every phase of litigation. Salary Range: $83,200 – $104,000 / year DOE

Personal Injury Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload with minimal supervision
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and litigation support documents
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, case managers, and opposing counsel
• Assist with discovery preparation and collaborate with paralegals as needed
• Maintain accurate case files using Clio or similar software
• Handle communications and negotiations with opposing counsel
• Partner with the litigation department to streamline case workflow
• Monitor deadlines and ensure all filings and responses are submitted on time

Personal Injury Paralegal Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of plaintiff-side civil litigation experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of the litigation process from intake to trial
• Experience handling personal injury cases independently
• Proficiency with Clio or comparable case management tools
• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience for top pay range
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
• Professional presence with strong organizational and communication skills
