Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC equipment including horizontal mills, Swiss turning, multi-axis, and 5-axis machines
• Monitor production quality to ensure parts meet specifications and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols
• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures for each job run
• Collaborates with team members to resolve minor equipment or process issues
• Learn proprietary ERP tools and production software to support manufacturing processes
• Perform routine machine checks and communicates maintenance needs to minimize downtime

Machine Operator Requirements:

• Basic mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn CNC operations
• Ability to work swing shift hours with flexibility for overtime and Saturdays
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality components
• Professional appearance and adherence to strict safety guidelines
