A thriving legal firm is seeking a self-starting, driven Personal Injury Attorney to join a fast-paced, laid-back, and high-performing plaintiff-side firm in the heart of Houston. This position offers the opportunity to work directly alongside the founder on a wide variety of cases, with a strong initial focus on personal injury. Personal Injury Attorney Responsibilities:

• Manage a docket of civil litigation cases with a focus on plaintiff-side personal injury
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and witness interviews
• Handle all aspects of case strategy and development, including trial prep
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Assist with intake evaluations and provide recommendations on case viability
• Collaborate on business and strategic decisions

Personal Injury Attorney Requirements:

• 2–6 years of civil litigation experience, Texas jurisdiction required
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
• Knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
• Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Comfortable handling depositions, mediations, and client interactions
• Strong writing, research, and critical thinking skills
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Must be based in Houston or open to relocation
• Personal injury and/or plaintiff-side experience is preferred
• Trial readiness or trial exposure is a plus
