Job Description

A growing financial advisory firm is hiring a Client Service Associate to support Financial Planners and Advisors by keeping client relationships, paperwork, and follow-ups moving seamlessly. This role is the operational glue between advisors and clients, owning communication, tracking details, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll support two advisors managing a large book of business, spend significant time on the phone with clients, and play a critical role in delivering a polished, high-touch client experience. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-driven professional who’s comfortable talking to clients, thrives on follow-up, and wants to grow inside a high-performance, coaching-oriented environment.

Client Service Associate Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary support partner to Financial Planners and Advisors
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to move paperwork and requests forward
  • Follow up with clients to ensure forms, documents, and approvals are completed
  • Track client requests and ensure processes stay on schedule
  • Support advisors with ongoing client service needs and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation across systems
  • Assist with operational and back-office tasks tied to client accounts
  • Optionally support client events outside normal hours

Client Service Associate Requirements:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in financial services in a similar support or client service role
  • Strong phone presence and confidence communicating with clients
  • Highly organized, task-oriented, and detail-focused
  • Proven ability to manage follow-ups and multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Coachable mindset and willingness to follow a proven process
  • Experience with CRM and financial planning tools is a plus
  • Degree preferred, but not required; experience matters most
