Job Description
Position Title: Assistant Vice President to COO
This is not a traditional executive support role. It is a front-row seat to the strategy, investments, and growth of a global luxury hospitality platform. The Assistant Vice President to COO will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer, helping drive high-priority initiatives across strategy, performance and development, investor relations, brand marketing and communications. This person will conduct research, develop executive-ready reports, represent the COO in select meetings, track complex projects and ensure critical priorities continue moving forward across a fast-paced global organization.
The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, intellectually curious, and highly motivated professional who can absorb complex information quickly, think critically, and communicate with executive-level polish. They are looking for someone who sees this position as a launchpad for long-term leadership and has the ambition to ultimately grow into a senior executive role.
Salary Range: $150,000 base salary with a target year-end bonus of 50% of base salary
